Community Health Interfaith Partnership (CHIP)
CHIP is a grassroots initiative that brings together community, faith-based, city, state and federal agencies to confront obstacles facing those with mental health disorders or addictions.
Recognizing a need – at local, state, and national levels – to respond to intractable problems in new and more effective ways, these organizations banded together to work with one vision: to insure a life in the community for everyone.
Led by FaithWorks founder Dr. Branko Radulovacki, CHIP's network of partners and service agencies actively seeks to realize this vision by treating all citizens with respect, looking past the stigma of mental illness or addiction to focus on providing care, housing and support that improves quality of life.
